Your health, in one private place.

Patientic keeps your records, providers, conditions, and family health history together — yours to read, share, and control. No ads, no data brokers, delete everything in a tap.

What's inside

The features that make Patientic feel like a real chart you'd actually keep.

Records, by category

Visits, labs, imaging, dental, vision, medications, immunizations, allergies — each with attachments, dates, providers, and notes.

Family health

Manage records for a child, partner, or aging parent under your account. Caregivers see exactly what you choose to share.

Forwarding inbox

Each account gets a unique @inbox.patientic.app address. Forward lab results or visit summaries and Patientic files them for you.

Providers & visits

A directory of your doctors with their addresses and specialties. Every visit links back to its provider and the records it produced.

Conditions & communities

Tag the conditions you're managing and connect with communities of people on the same path. Your identity stays under your control.

Activity log + export

Every change to your data is logged so you can see who touched what. Download a full PDF of everything Patientic has on you, anytime.

How the email side works

You're in control of every message Patientic sends or receives.

An inbox just for medical mail (and what we send back)

Every Patientic user gets a forwarding address that looks like your-name.xxxx@inbox.patientic.app. Forward lab results, visit summaries, or pharmacy receipts to it — Patientic parses attachments and routes everything to your Inbox tab for review before it lands in your records.

Senders are gated: a new sender's first message is held for your approval, so a leaked address doesn't become a spam vector. You can rotate the address from Settings if it ever gets out.

What Patientic sends from hello@patientic.app

Every outbound email Patientic sends is transactional, user-initiated, and to a single recipient. There is no marketing, no newsletter, no bulk mail. Two flows exist:

  • "Email Me a Copy" — tap this in Settings and we email a PDF of your data to your own profile email. The recipient is pinned server-side to your address; we will not send your export to anyone else.
  • Records request to a provider you've approved — tap "Request records" on a sender who is already on your approved-senders list (i.e. someone who has emailed you), and we send a short templated email asking them to reply with your records. The Reply-To is your Patientic forwarding address, so the reply lands back in your Inbox tab automatically. Your personal email never crosses the wire.

Per HIPAA, our email infrastructure (Amazon SES on AWS) is governed by the same Business Associate Agreement as the rest of our stack.

Did you receive an email from a Patientic user?

If you work at a doctor's office, lab, or pharmacy and got an email from hello@patientic.app on behalf of one of your patients, the request is legitimate and patient-initiated. Here's what to do — including how to verify the request with your patient through whatever channel your office already has on file.
