Patientic keeps your records, providers, conditions, and family health history together — yours to read, share, and control. No ads, no data brokers, delete everything in a tap.
The features that make Patientic feel like a real chart you'd actually keep.
Visits, labs, imaging, dental, vision, medications, immunizations, allergies — each with attachments, dates, providers, and notes.
Manage records for a child, partner, or aging parent under your account. Caregivers see exactly what you choose to share.
Each account gets a unique @inbox.patientic.app address.
Forward lab results or visit summaries and Patientic files them for you.
A directory of your doctors with their addresses and specialties. Every visit links back to its provider and the records it produced.
Tag the conditions you're managing and connect with communities of people on the same path. Your identity stays under your control.
Every change to your data is logged so you can see who touched what. Download a full PDF of everything Patientic has on you, anytime.
You're in control of every message Patientic sends or receives.
Every Patientic user gets a forwarding address that looks like
your-name.xxxx@inbox.patientic.app. Forward lab results,
visit summaries, or pharmacy receipts to it — Patientic parses
attachments and routes everything to your Inbox tab for review before
it lands in your records.
Senders are gated: a new sender's first message is held for your approval, so a leaked address doesn't become a spam vector. You can rotate the address from Settings if it ever gets out.
hello@patientic.appEvery outbound email Patientic sends is transactional, user-initiated, and to a single recipient. There is no marketing, no newsletter, no bulk mail. Two flows exist:
Per HIPAA, our email infrastructure (Amazon SES on AWS) is governed by the same Business Associate Agreement as the rest of our stack.
If you work at a doctor's office, lab, or pharmacy and got an email
from hello@patientic.app on behalf of one of your
patients, the request is legitimate and patient-initiated.
Here's what to do — including how to
verify the request with your patient through whatever channel your
office already has on file.
