How do I add a health record?
Tap the + button on the Home or Health tab and fill in the record — title, date, category, notes, and any attachments (photos or PDFs). You can snap a photo of a document and Patientic will keep it with the record. You can also link medications, procedures, providers, and the condition it relates to.
How do I sign in?
Patientic offers Sign in with Apple, Continue with Google, or a one-time email code. With the email option we send a short code to your address — there's no password to remember, and we never see one.
What is the forwarding inbox / my @inbox.patientic.app address?
Every account gets a unique private forwarding address (find it in Settings). Forward a lab result, visit summary, or pharmacy receipt to it and Patientic parses what it can and drops a pending item in your Inbox tab for you to review before it joins your records. A new sender's first message is held for your approval, and you can rotate the address anytime from Settings if it ever gets out.
Can I manage records for my family?
Yes. You can keep records for a child, partner, or aging parent under your own account as dependents, and switch between the people you care for. You control exactly what is shared.
How do conditions and communities work?
Tag the conditions you're managing on the Health tab. Each condition links to a community of people managing the same thing — open the condition and tap Apply to join. Member identities are protected; only usernames and member counts are visible.
How does cost tracking work?
On the Costs view you can record what you paid for a medication or procedure. Patientic compares your cost against what other patients have reported for the same item, so you can see when something looks out of line. Your own reports are excluded from the community averages you're compared against.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export My Data to download a PDF covering every category Patientic holds for you — profile, records, providers, dependents, cost reports, inbox metadata, and your activity log.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your account and associated data. Any raw forwarded emails still inside their short retention window are purged immediately rather than waiting on the normal schedule.
I received an email from a Patientic user — is it legitimate?
If your office got an email from hello@patientic.app on behalf of a
patient, it's patient-initiated. See our
guidance for providers for what to do and how to verify
the request with your patient.

Is Patientic medical advice?
No. Patientic helps you stay organized and aware — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
